jogging ....

jog along the lake.

(actually more is walk)

after finish jogging, we go play ground...

haha...play ground is for children under 12....

but ....my sis n cousin too bad liao..

they go n play ...

they all r TOTALLY over weight liao...

haha...may cause damage due to the swing...

too over liao....

both of them r already above 12....

 also too heavy for the swing..haha..

another two ppl....haha...

omg....too childish liao...

the dragonfly i TERJUMPA on the small waterfall there...

red colour de...haven saw it before....

this is another dragonfly...

blue in colour...

is quite hard to see in this pic....

also hard to see de.

after jogging n excersicing ...

time for breakfast...

just finish excersicing ...

then follow by a quite heavy meal...

haha..

cant lose wieght but increase the body weight...

haha...
